I found a collection of goodies in the kitchen when I arrived at the apartment. I prepared meals using the fully equipped kitchen during my stay. This two-bedroom suite allowed me to move through the rooms while the space stayed quiet.

Tea and coffee in the common areas

I brewed hot tea and coffee at the station located in the common areas every morning. These expansive spaces seemed like home, while my room measured as large as a ballroom. I enjoyed the stay at this villa because of the proximity to the event I attended near Queens Park Savannah.

Private facilities for the Ibis suite

I used the large bathroom positioned across the hall from the Ibis suite during my three nights. I drank coffee with the snacks kept in my room while the air conditioning kept the space cool. My room also had a kettle for hot water.

Dining on the upper floor veranda

I ate breakfast in the shade on the upper floor veranda while I looked over the lights of Port of Spain. Carolyn rented me a local cell phone for my stay, which helped with navigating the city. I also used the communal kitchen to brew my coffee and prepare meals after I walked to a nearby supermarket.

Sushi nights at the island waterfront

I ate fresh sushi at the Waterfront restaurant while staying on the waterfront in Port of Spain. I spent my afternoons at the rooftop pool with a view of the ocean. My room featured a desk that helped me complete my work throughout my 4 nights there.

I swam in the temperate pool with a stone dragon by the water. My room contained a kitchenette for preparing meals. I walked to The Deck on Ariapita Avenue for drinks in the evening.

Two bedrooms and bathrooms near the park

I used the full kitchen during my stay, while I relaxed in the two separate bedrooms of the apartment behind the house. Someone met me upon my late arrival to show me the place, which sits five minutes from the East Queens Park Savannah. I showered in the bathroom with the seated bath before I slept soundly despite the nearby festivities.
